Dun-Rite Tool specializes in Qic-Loc® style tooling.
We offer standard and specially formed inserts for a variety
of operations such as threading, grooving, profiling, boring,
milling and cut off.
Other various styles, such as V-bottom Dog Bones, Triangles,
Squares and Rectangles with external and internal radii are
also available. Dun-Rite Tool also fabricates tool holders for
all inserts and operations listed above.
We use only customer desired grades of carbide, ceramic, or cermet purchased only from the leading manufacturers of raw materials. We also offer ground-in chip control for those special applications (including ‘K’ type for Qic-Loc® tool), with all available coatings.
